📦 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are only applicable in case of:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Size mismatch (if applicable)

    • Damaged or defective product received

  2. Our team will guide you through the process.

  3. You may be required to send product images for verification.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is on our end.


💰 Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds unless:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

  • You receive a damaged or incorrect item and prefer a refund over exchange.

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


❌ Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Customized or altered items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
