  • A flat delivery fee of PKR 200 applies to every order.

  • We accept payments via secure methods including Cash on Delivery and other online payment options as displayed at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. 📄 Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Nishat Studio reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.

  • Customers may request order cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order by contacting our support team.

5. 🔄 Exchange & Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds except in specific cases (e.g., item out of stock, wrong/damaged item received).

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.

6. 🚚 Shipping Policy

  • We offer shipping across Pakistan only.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • A flat PKR 200 shipping fee applies to all orders.
